Privacy Policy

Who we are

ExportEazy is an export management platform operated by Nolojik Innovations Private Limited, India (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data we collect when you use ExportEazy, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Questions any time: hello@nolojik.com.

What we collect

Account details — your email address, name, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash).

Company details you enter — company name, addresses, GSTIN, IEC, AD code, LUT details and bank account details. You provide these so they can be printed on your own export documents; that is the only reason we hold them.

Your business data — products, buyers, orders, packing details, invoices, payments and shipments you record in the platform. This data belongs to you.

Usage information — logs of sign-ins and actions, kept for security and to help you when something goes wrong.

If you asked for our free checklist — the WhatsApp number or email address you gave, which spice and destination you were looking at, and the exact words you agreed to when you gave it. You do not need an account to read the checklist, and we ask for a contact only if you want it sent to you. We use it to send you that checklist and occasional notes about spice export rules, nothing else, and we never sell or share it. Reply STOP, or write to hello@nolojik.com, and we stop — we keep a record that you asked us to, so that you are not contacted again by mistake.

How we use it

To run the service: generating your documents, sending the emails you trigger (order notifications, document shares, status updates), enforcing your plan limits, and supporting you. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share your business data with other customers. Your buyers see only what you share with them through the links you send.

Where it is stored

ExportEazy runs on trusted cloud providers: our database and API on Render, our website on Vercel, file and image uploads on Microsoft Azure, and transactional email through our email providers. Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay — your card and banking details for payment go directly to Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.

When you ask ExportEazy to read a lab report (a Certificate of Analysis) for you, that file is sent to Anthropic's Claude service to copy out the test results. Only the results are kept with your lot, for you to check; the report itself stays in your ExportEazy account. If you type results in yourself, nothing is sent.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. Export documents such as issued invoices are kept because the law requires exporters to retain them. If you close your account, email us and we will delete your data, keeping only what we are legally required to retain.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, access to your company's data is limited to the team members you invite, and our staff can see facts about your account (plan, usage) but do not browse inside your orders or bank details in normal operation.

Your rights

You can export your data, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to hello@nolojik.com. We will respond within 30 days. This policy is governed by the laws of India.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or a notice in the product before the change takes effect.
