The service
ExportEazy, a product of Nolojik Innovations Private Limited, India, is a software platform for managing export operations: products, buyers, orders, packing, export documents, shipments and payments. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.
Your account
Keep your password safe and your team list current — you are responsible for what happens under your company's accounts. You must provide accurate company details; the GSTIN, IEC, bank and other particulars printed on your documents come from what you enter.
Your data and documents
Your business data belongs to you. We generate documents (invoices, packing lists and others) from the data you enter — you are responsible for checking that every document is correct before using it for customs, banking or tax purposes. ExportEazy is a software tool; it is not a customs broker, chartered accountant or legal adviser, and it does not file anything with any government authority on your behalf.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is free forever within its limits. Paid plans are paid for one month or one year at a time, in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, plus 18% GST, with a GST invoice for every payment. Paying before a paid period ends adds the new time after it. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Cancellations and refunds
Paid plans are not charged automatically — each month or year is paid at checkout — so you can stop at any time by not paying for the next period, or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and for 7 days after it so that you can pay again; then the account moves to Free. Any payment, for a month or a year, is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of paying, and not refunded after that; a refund during a trial leaves the trial running to its end. A charge made in error (for example, a duplicate payment) is refunded in full within 7 working days of you telling us at hello@nolojik.com. Moving to Free keeps your data; features above the Free limits become read-only until you upgrade again. The full policy is on the refund and cancellation page.
Acceptable use
Use ExportEazy only for lawful business. Do not attempt to access another company's data, overload or probe the service, or use it to send spam. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or whose subscription is unpaid; suspension never deletes your data.
Availability and liability
We work to keep ExportEazy available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms materially we will notify you in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
